Who else thinks Andover would benefit from a purpose built rehearsal studio with Backline in Andover?

Somewhere affordable and practical where all you'd need to bring is your Guitars and Breakables and everything else is provided: PA / Guitar Cabs / Bass Cabs / Drum Shells & Hardware !

Salisbury have Grosvenor House and Newbury has Sour Apple Studios and there are so many covers & originals bands about in Andover that I recon it would be a awesome idea.

If other people feel the same I think we should start something to make it happen, Funding, Lottery Grants, Sponsorship !

Agree 100%, Andover has no rehursal area.

I would have thought small industrial unit would be idea. Big questions is how much would it cost to set up, man, and could it pay for itself ?

Well Newbury has a studio and they charge £10 p/hour with shells and cabs and they have it booked weeks in advance and always busy.

I know bands from Andover who travel there so I dont see why it wouldnt work !
